 Tile and Grout Cleaning

     $70.00 minimum charge.

     45 cents per square foot for cleaning only. After 1000 square feet prices fall to 30 cents per square foot.

     45 cents per square foot for sealant only.

     80 cents per square foot for cleaning and sealant. save 10 cents per square foot!
